Meeting of the Lorestan Higher Education Quality Assurance Board and Emphasis on Enhancing Financial Transparency

The meeting of the Supervisory Board, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance of Higher Education of Lorestan Province emphasized the strengthening of financial transparency indicators of higher education centers, with an emphasis on non-profit institutions in Lorestan Province.
According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, this meeting was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Ali Nazari, President of Lorestan University, in the meeting room of the President's Office of this university.
The Secretary of the Supervisory Board, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance of Higher Education of Lorestan Province is Dr. Ali-Heydar Nasrollahi.
Dr. Ali Nazari, the President of the Supervisory Board, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance of Lorestan Province, emphasized in this meeting that non-profit higher education institutions should use all their revenue to improve educational, research, and laboratory indicators and infrastructure.
Dr. Nazari requested in this meeting that the financial transparency of non-profit higher education institutions in Lorestan Province be improved and the scope of supervision over financial matters be strengthened.
He stated that the mechanisms for supervising all affairs of universities and higher education centers in Lorestan Province should be improved and that supervision should not be limited to specific work areas.
