The new secretary of the Board of Supervision, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance of Higher Education in Lorestan Province was introduced.

The inauguration of the new secretary of the Supervisory, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance Board for Higher Education of Lorestan Province and appreciation for the former secretary of the board was held with the presence of Dr. Ali Nazari, President of Lorestan University.
According to the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, on Saturday morning, October 7th, Dr. Ali Nazari, President of Lorestan University, and Dr. Gholamhossein Hosseini, Director of the International Scientific Cooperation Group of Lorestan University, attended the office of the head of the Supervisory, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance Group of Lorestan University, and Dr. Ali-Heydar Nasrollahi, a faculty member of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources of Lorestan University, was inaugurated (introduced) as the new secretary of the Supervisory, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance Board for Higher Education of Lorestan Province.
Also, Dr. Ali Nazari, President of Lorestan University, appreciated Dr. Nemat Shams, the former secretary of the Supervisory, Evaluation, and Assurance of Higher Education of Lorestan Province, for his efforts and actions.
Dr. Nemat Shams still heads the Supervisory, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance Group of Lorestan University.
Dr. Nazari, President of Lorestan University, said that the goal should be to include the field of supervision, evaluation, and quality assurance in a general way in the various work sections of Lorestan University and higher education in the province in order to improve intra-organizational efficiency.
The President of Lorestan University stated that as much as possible, mechanisms for supervision and evaluation should be strengthened in order to increase productivity and efficiency.
Dr. Nemat Shams, the former secretary of the Supervisory, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance Board for Higher Education of Lorestan Province, presented a performance report on the actions taken.
Dr. Shams explained that he expects the organizational chart of this field of work to be upgraded.
Dr. Shams congratulated Dr. Nasrollahi on his appointment and wished him success in performing his new managerial duties.
Dr. Shams stated that there are 54 higher education centers and about 60,000 students in Lorestan province, which necessitates the upgrading of the management structure of supervision, evaluation, and quality assurance of higher education in Lorestan province.
Dr. Ali-Heydar Nasrollahi, the new secretary of the Supervisory, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance Board for Higher Education of Lorestan Province, in his speech, explained that he will try to upgrade the structure and organizational chart of the management of supervision, evaluation, and quality assurance of Lorestan University and higher education in the province.
He elaborated that based on the emphasis of Dr. Nazari, the esteemed President of Lorestan University, he will try to ensure that the operational scope of supervision, evaluation, and quality assurance is not limited to the educational field, but also extends to other research, administrative, and employee areas so that, in the end, the output of the work is the improvement of the quality and efficiency of Lorestan University and other universities and higher education centers in Lorestan province.
Dr. Gholamhossein Hosseini, Director of the International Scientific Cooperation Group of Lorestan University, also explained in a short speech that the educational groups of the university are like the life-giving cells of the university, and supervision, evaluation, and quality assurance in all work sections of the university, especially the educational groups, should be increased.
It is worth mentioning that Misagh Heydari, advisor to the President of Lorestan University on scientific assistants affairs and head of the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, was also present at this ceremony and, in his speech, appreciated Dr. Nemat Shams for his efforts and congratulated Dr. Nasrollahi on his appointment.
Heydari explained that the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University is ready to disseminate information about the most important actions of the management of supervision, evaluation, and quality assurance of university education and the provincial supervisory board in this field of work and to carry out the necessary collaborations related to the field of information dissemination in improving the performance of this important section.
Ali-Akbar Abbasi and Omidali Beiranvand, experts in this field of work, also presented a short report on the activities carried out.
